    Can I control speed as a user?
    I'm also asking myself what's so special about gfycat's webm? Why not just do it yourself?

      you should be able to use the controls at the bottom right of the image at gfycat
      there should be, pause, reverse, and speed controls (minus and plus signs)

      im not too knowledgeable in webm, so i'll just stick to gfycat
